Trump Haters’ Agenda Needs Watergate JournalismTrump Haters’ Agenda Needs Watergate Journalism
Investigative journalism resulted in Watergate becoming the major story of 1973-1974. Why is it not being assiduously pursued in uncovering what motivates the increasing alarm of opponents of Donald Trump at the prospect of his return to the White House?
Having governed successfully in terms of the economy and foreign affairs when he occupied the White House between 2017 and 2021, why is there paranoia amongst his opponents as the November election looms?
When on MSNBC (September 16) Hillary Clinton declared Trump “a danger to our country and the world,” while Congresswoman Maxine Waters views him as “an enemy of the US,” why are journalists not probing the basis of such extreme statements?
How can Trump’s commitment to upholding the constitution, particularly the First and Second Amendments, returning America to energy independence, avoiding foreign wars and putting a stop to the invasion by alien migrants possibly be threatening?
How is it that Kamala Harris’s policy of open borders, which has flooded the US with 11 million illegal aliens, aggravating crime levels and socio-economic hardship for American citizens, is not a threat to the US?
Since America embraces democracy, how is it that its justice system has been weaponised against opponents of the Democratic Party while views which deviate from their narratives are censored? Surely, that is a threat to the principle of individual liberty upon which the US is premised?
What is clear is that the agenda which regards Trump as an ‘enemy’ and a ‘threat’ is aligned with interests that are un-American and globalist.
Why is the zeal of Watergate journalists Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward not being emulated in the mass media exposing the agenda of the Trump haters?
