Show Us The Virus: SARS-CoV-2 Isolation Court Case Set For 27 May

Ricardo Maarman and his team, Debbie Els and Adv. Carlo Viljoen approached the constitutional court of SA in February, requesting that the president and the state produce the isolated sample of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID, will reappear in court on 27 May 2021.

“We expect the government to put forward their argument to support their decision to either show us the virus or not,” says Ricardo. “Our lawyers will argue to the court (should the government fail to show us the virus) the need to Interdict all measures relating to Covid-19 (Lockdown, masks, vaccines etc.) until the government show us the virus.” he adds.

After the government failed to provide proof of an isolated sample of the SARS-CoV-2 variant that causes COVID, further stating that the President and Dlamini Zuma are not in a position to provide this information, referred them to Prof. Karim (who recently resigned) and to the health minister, Zweli Mkhize.

Expected to join the case now is Health Minister Zweli Mkhize, who will assist the government in providing them with this evidence. Failing to do so will cause all lockdown measures to be questioned, including the primary reason behind the pandemic’s agenda.
