Ricardo Maarman and his team, Debbie Els and Adv. Carlo Viljoen approached the constitutional court of SA in February, requesting that the president and the state produce the isolated sample of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID, will reappear in court on 27 May 2021.
“We expect the government to put forward their argument to support their decision to either show us the virus or not,” says Ricardo. “Our lawyers will argue to the court (should the government fail to show us the virus) the need to Interdict all measures relating to Covid-19 (Lockdown, masks, vaccines etc.) until the government show us the virus.” he adds.
- Isolation: The action of isolating; the fact or condition of being isolated or standing alone; separation from other things or persons; solitariness. – Oxford English Dictionary
After the government failed to provide proof of an isolated sample of the SARS-CoV-2 variant that causes COVID, further stating that the President and Dlamini Zuma are not in a position to provide this information, referred them to Prof. Karim (who recently resigned) and to the health minister, Zweli Mkhize.
Expected to join the case now is Health Minister Zweli Mkhize, who will assist the government in providing them with this evidence. Failing to do so will cause all lockdown measures to be questioned, including the primary reason behind the pandemic’s agenda.
“We are being sent from pillar to post”, stated Ricardo. Watch the video below in full context.
Ricardo holds a master’s degree in International Politics (MA). He is an ordinary person and ordinary people need to stand up for the truth alongside him for the future of our children and their children to come.
Should you like to support Ricardo, we ask that you make your way to the Cape Town High Court on the 27th of May. We expect the Court case to begin around 8 am.
In a recent video, recorded on 5 May, Debbie stated they received an email from the State’s attorneys and advocates. Watch the full video below.
“They are trying to intimidate us now, by claiming that after viewing the video of Ricardo and myself, the government stated that they were ‘inaccurate with our story’ that we told on the videos.”
