NFL New Season Touches Down On Espn Across Africa This September

JOHANNESBURG, 4 September 2024: ESPN viewers across Africa can look forward to the imminent start of the new season of the National Football League (NFL). Friday, 6 September 2024, ESPN will broadcast four live games each week, highlights and studio programming during regular programming hours, ensuring that no moment of the grid-iron action is missed.

The season promises to be an exhilarating journey as teams battle it out over 18 action-packed weeks, all leading up to the much-anticipated Super Bowl in February 2025. This year’s Super Bowl will see the Eastern Conference and Western Conference champions go head-to-head in New Orleans in what is undeniably one of the most electrifying live sports events on the global calendar.

Mark your calendars for the first few games of the season:

  • Friday, 6 September 2024, 2:20 AM: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens
  • Saturday, 7 September 2024, 2:15 AM: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Green Bay Packers
  • Sunday, 8 September 2024, 7:00 PM: New Orleans Saints vs. Carolina Panthers
  • Sunday, 8 September 2024, 7:00 PM: New York Giants vs. Minnesota Vikings
