Equalizer 3: The Third and final film in the action franchise arrives on our TV screens

Two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington has returned in the final instalment of The Equalizer 3 – this action thriller series has finally arrived on our small screens this November.

This epic blockbuster which takes vigilante justice to the next level, is now available on Apple TV since November 7, 2023, and will arrive on DStv Box Office on November 14, 2023, making for perfect weekend leisure viewing in the comfort of your own home.

The movie The Equalizer 3, also known as “The Threequalizer,” is directed by Antoine Fuqua, who previously worked with Denzel Washington on Training Day, which earned Washington an Oscar. Washington returns as retired US Marine and intelligence agent Robert McCall to exact more nail-biting vigilante justice on the world’s bad guys.

Since giving up his life as a government assassin, McCall has struggled to come to terms with the horrific things he’s done in the past and finds solace in dishing out justice on behalf of the oppressed. Finding himself surprisingly at home in a small town in southern Italy, he discovers his new friends are under the control of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, he is forced to become their protector by taking on the mafia.

Dakota Fanning, who co-starred with Washington in Man on Fire (2004), stars as CIA officer Emma Collins.

Expect extreme action set against the backdrop of beautiful Italian locations, all wrapped up with Washington’s trademark charm and magnetism as he takes on Sicilian mobsters – a killer (literally) combination!
